Hilti Russia operations changes

due to 1C transition

Dear partner,

Hilti Russia is continuing to actively develop its local production. In order to further localize our operations, we have decided to switch from the SAP software to the 1C solution.

The transition to this new software will help us make our interactions with partners, customers, and suppliers more efficient and flexible.

We would like to inform you that, due to the implementation of the 1C platform, certain business operations will be temporarily unavailable from June 28 until July 8. These include:

  • Receipt of invoices
  • Request for a reconciliation
  • Registration of a tool for repair
  • Receiving goods
  • And other requests related to our operational activities.

During the transition period from July 8 until July 31, there may be some delays in the delivery of goods, receipt of tools for repair, invoices, and reconciliation reports.

Additionally, starting from July 28, our website will be temporarily disabled from placing online orders, and our personal accounts for all users will be no longer available.
